Tameron is 1000% better than the previous owners. They moved the waiting area back to where it was under Koby Subaru (the last owner put it right out front/on the sales floor which was super awkward). Coffee/soda/snacks are easily available to customers again AND they added a separate "Customer Quiet Room." My Service Advisor (Desiree) was amazing - she explained the work completed and gave me a heads up re: upcoming maintenance needs and associated costs. Stellar customer service. Highly recommend.

My wife and I brought in our Outback for its first service and the service department did an amazing job! The young woman who helped us was very kind and made the process quick and easy. She even showed us to the waiting area. While we were waiting, we decided to look at the inventory. Jacob walked around with us and was able to answer all of our questions. He truly is a wealth of Subaru knowledge! He is an excellent salesman! If we had the money for another Subaru, we would’ve bought one from him that day!

I'm big on reviews. I saw Tameron Subaru had 4.2 / 5 stars on Google and even though that's not bad, I was still hesitant to visit. However, after a recommendation from a friend, my wife and I decided to give it a shot. Our salesperson was Jacob Rider. Jacob gave us one of the best experiences I've ever had with a salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Subaru brand and about vehicles in general, but not once did I feel pressured into making a choice or a purchase - something I'm pretty particular about. He was patient, kind, and genuine throughout the whole process. The experience alone made me consider trading in my car with him as well! Between working with Jacob and his sales manager Jim, there isn't anything I can think of that could've made our Tameron Subaru experience better. I felt like they both exceeded the standards set in the car-buying experience.

Wow! Did I say wow? (๑ºั╰╯ºั๑) I used to be a Jeep girl through and through- but the folks here and the quality cars have thoroughly changed my mind! This is now my second Subaru from the fine folks at this particular location. Mary was a God send for me as far as sales go. —Also, she came across as a genuine friend. She went out of her way with us on every level. Effective communication, professional and FUNNY to top it all off. Thank you Mary- for an extraordinary experience. From the test drive, to showing us how everything works, bells and whistles galore! Not to even mention the kind “thank you” card we received in the mail. Not only did I enjoy the car buying experience but I just actually loved the conversation in general with Mary. Astute and captivating- You made our hearts sing! James D. in finance was smooth and efficient- Seamless production from start to finish. Answered all our questions and then some. I also enjoyed being shown the subaru patches for your vehicle whether it’s the first or second one you have ever bought and so on. James is an asset to Tameron - a cool character with a dry humor - my favorite! I hope he receives the praise and honor he deserves for a job well done. We also had the distinct pleasure of chatting with Tyler and Dillion (hope I spelled their names correctly) who knocked our socks off. How did you guys manage to hire a rock star staff so articulate and EXTRA that loved us so BIG! They made me want to work there! No kidding! Wonderful experience and couldn't be happier with the car and the customer service we received. We did our research on the Crosstrek and went to Tameron to test drive one. It is a wonderful vehicle and is very comfortable. I took it on a trip to Huntsville for a weekend, and I had no problems. There were several features that made the trip a breeze. The salesman, Thomas, was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He was not your usual pushy car salesman, which was greatly appreciated. Thomas, his manager, and the finance Mgr were great to work with and had everything completed in record time on a Friday night. We left happy campers. Because the vehicle is so complicated and has so many features. Subaru and Tameron have a service that is provided with the purchase of the vehicle called ENCORE. they have an employee who contacts you about 2 weeks after your purchase to answer any questions you might have. Our contact was Alyssa, and not only was she knowledgeable but smart as whip and very helpful! She showed us how to connect our garage door to the garage door opener in vehicle! She showed us how to use some of the other features also. What a wonderful and invaluable service that is! Especially for us older folks. If I have any questions, I just text her, and she answers right back! She is my little tech buddy on my shoulder. So far all is good and we are very happy. They don't need to be pushy because they sell a great product, and it sells itself. The customer service I received was impeccable. I have included a picture of my new Dog taxi! Thank you Tameron Subaru! I will be back for our next vehicle!

Terrible management. I reached out on a used vehicle that was listed online at 13K. My wife went and looked at the vehicle and after a few days I was planning on going to look and purchase the car. They marked it up to 15K. We worked that out and off I went to see the used vehicle to purchase as a 1st time car for a juvenile. It had the standard used vehicle issues 1 would expect on a 10 year old car. Not a problem. We pull out of the dealership and the head unit for the radio/nav/backup camera was very dim. The longer it was on, as the electronics warmed up, the dimmer it became until you couldn't see it at all without completely blocking any outside light. I told the salesman, Chris Agent, that was a deal breaker as it was a distraction "especially for a 16 year old". Chris agreed and suggested they could possibly replace the head unit. The sales manager Tyler agreed, but then wanted to see for himself. 5 minutes later I am outside with the manager and salesman and the manager is holding his cellphone over the screen to block the light all the while trying to tell me that is normal. I said "No sir it is not normal the back light has gone out and the unit needs replaced". I was also told it was because of the large windshield letting light in, and also told it was because it was the brightest part of the day. I suggested bringing out another vehicle with an LCD screen to compare. No such luck. He constantly stated it was fine, you just have to block the light to see it. Finally the manager says he is not replacing the head until on a 13k used vehicle. I left. On a side note, Chris was very professional. I hate he missed out on a sale. Stay away from this place if you are shopping used.

Great dealership, didn’t try to sell me dealer add ons like most dealerships. Shopped from Gainesville to Birmingham…all had mark ups they were unwilling to remove. Worked most of the paperwork via email, minimized my time on the floor. showed up, Picked up, went home. Worth the drive…

From start to finish, the personnel at this dealership are amazing. The Customer Service manager, Elly Clark, was my first phone contact. I explained what was going on with my son, and his totaled car. I expressed interest in a 2024 Legacy Limited that was on their lot, and that I needed a good price. She immediately went to the General Sales Manager, Tyler Otis, and came up with an agreeable price for this car. Elly then directed me to Product Specialist Chris Agent. He gathered information and accepted some earnest money to hold the car. Today, my son arrived at the dealership, completed the initial paperwork with Chris, and finalized the purchase of his new 2024 Legacy Limited with the EXCELLENT help from Jim Dineen in the Finance group. Jim was truly amazing with his information and cost breakdowns with warranties and their coverage. In my many years of vehicle purchases, I don't know that I have ever had such a wonderful and low pressure buying experience. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Tameron Subaru any day...and twice on Sundays! Hats off to Tameron Subaru!
